Rob Roberts and Tony Wielkopolan

Dan Henson founded IDC in 1991, and hired Rob Roberts and Tony Wielkopolan to begin working side by side with him to build a customer base through integrity, workmanship and honesty. When Dan retired in 2000, Tony and Rob purchased IDC and added a full-service plumbing division in 2010 to handle all the commercial and residential owners' needs.

The owners are very involved in the field, working side by side their heating and cooling crews, to ensure professionalism and installation is compliant with building codes.
